Our highly recommended Trip Protection allows you to cancel or reschedule your tour at any time – for any reason – up to 2 hour prior to trip departure. You will be reimbursed for the FULL amount of each ticket, minus the cost of trip protection and processing fees. You may opt in or opt out of Trip Protection (+10%) at the time of booking, either online or over the phone.

Without Trip Protection:

You may cancel or reschedule your tour up to 24 hours before your tour’s scheduled departure. Refunds are not possible within 24 hours of your tour’s departure time, however, we will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling your booking to another date, if you so desire.

Do I need paddle board experience?

Not at all! We offer both hybrid boards (with a seat for sitting or standing) and classic boards. Every rental includes a free paddling lesson so you can hit the water with confidence, even if it’s your first time.

Are paddle boards stable enough for kids or beginners?

Yes. Our hybrid boards are extra wide and stable, making them great for families, kids, or anyone trying paddle boarding for the first time. The classic boards are perfect for those who want the traditional stand-up experience.

What if I can’t stand the whole time?

You don’t have to! Sit, kneel, or stand—whichever feels best. Most guests switch it up throughout their paddle.

How far is it to Three Sisters Springs?

From our launch, it’s about a 25–30 minute paddle each way at a relaxed pace. Along the way, you’ll enjoy calm waterways, local wildlife, and plenty of photo opportunities.

What happens if I drop my phone or belongings in the water?

We provide free dry bags to keep your essentials safe and dry.

Is paddle boarding safe for families?

Absolutely. We provide life jackets, safety gear, and tips before you head out so everyone feels comfortable and secure.

Are bathrooms available?

Yes, restrooms are available at the marina before departure. We recommend using them before your tour since there are no bathrooms once you’re out on the water.

What makes paddle boarding different from kayaking?

Paddle boarding gives you a higher vantage point—you’ll see straight down into the springs and often spot manatees, turtles, and fish.

What about weather and wind?

Crystal River is spring-fed and usually calm, but wind and weather can affect paddling. If conditions aren’t safe, we’ll reschedule or refund your rental.
