Our highly recommended Trip Protection allows you to cancel or reschedule your tour at any time – for any reason – up to 2 hour prior to trip departure. You will be reimbursed for the FULL amount of each ticket, minus the cost of trip protection and processing fees. You may opt in or opt out of Trip Protection (+10%) at the time of booking, either online or over the phone.

Without Trip Protection:

You may cancel or reschedule your tour up to 24 hours before your tour’s scheduled departure. Refunds are not possible within 24 hours of your tour’s departure time, however, we will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling your booking to another date, if you so desire.

FAQs

Do I need kayaking experience to rent?

Not at all. Our rentals are designed for all skill levels—even complete beginners. Every guest receives a quick paddling lesson before heading out, so you’ll feel confident and ready to explore.

How far is it to Three Sisters Springs?

From our launch, it’s about a 25–30 minute paddle each way at a relaxed pace. Along the way, you’ll enjoy calm waterways, local wildlife, and plenty of photo opportunities.

Can we enter Three Sisters Springs by kayak?

From April 1st through November 14th, yes—you can paddle into the springs. During manatee season (Nov 15–Mar 31), kayaks cannot enter the springs, but you can tie off at the boardwalk and swim in if conditions allow.

Is parking available?

Yes. Onsite parking is available at Pete’s Pier Marina for a daily fee. It’s convenient and just steps from our private launch

What should I bring?

We recommend comfortable clothing or a swimsuit, sunscreen, polarized sunglasses, a hat, a towel, and water. Dry bags are included with every rental to keep your belongings safe.

Are children allowed to kayak?

Yes! Kids are welcome with an accompanying adult. For safety:

Children under 12 must ride with an adult in a tandem kayak.
Ages 12+ can paddle their own kayak as long as an adult (18+) is present.

What if the weather looks bad?

Your safety comes first. If conditions are unsafe, we’ll reschedule or provide a refund depending on the situation. For light rain, kayaking can actually be peaceful, but we’ll never send you out in unsafe conditions.

What if I’m worried about getting tired?

Our team gives you a map and tips for easy paddling routes. You can choose shorter loops close to the launch or extend your adventure further into Kings Bay—it’s totally up to you.

Will I see manatees or other wildlife?

Manatee sightings are most common in cooler months, but they’re often spotted year-round. You may also see dolphins, turtles, fish, and plenty of birds. Every paddle is a chance to connect with Crystal River’s vibrant natural habitat

What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. If you purchased Trip Protection, you can cancel up to 2 hours before your rental with no penalty.
