Arrival Time
Arrive 30 minutes prior to your reservation time at our establishment, we prioritize delivering an exceptional experience for every customer. To ensure your adventure starts smoothly, we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes before your reserved time for rental products and tours.
There’s a short video required by FWC (Florida Wildlife Commission) and waivers to sign before sending out. To maximize your time on the water and fully embrace the experience, your official time begins at your designated booking time. To make the most of your adventure, we recommend arriving early. This allows us to seamlessly assist you into your kayak without impacting your reserved time.
