While manatees gather in larger numbers during the cooler months (November–March), we still see them throughout the year. What should I bring or wear?

Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing that you don’t mind getting a little splash on. Bring a towel, water bottle, and optionally a jacket for cooler evenings. Phones and cameras are welcome (and safe if secured with our complimentary dry bags), but we also include free photos so you can relax and enjoy the view.

What happens if the weather is bad or it rains?

Your safety and enjoyment come first. If conditions are unsafe due to high winds or storms, we’ll offer to reschedule or refund your booking. Light rain won’t stop the fun.

How long is the tour?

The entire experience lasts about 2.5 hours, including launch setup, paddling time, exploring the springs, sunset viewing, and the glow portion as the stars come out.

Where do we meet and launch from?

We launch directly from Kacey’s Custom Adventures’ private dock at Pete’s Pier Marina, the closest launch to Three Sisters Springs and Hunter Springs. Onsite parking makes check-in easy!

Can I book a private or group tour?

What if I’m nervous about being on the water at night?

You’ll never be alone. Every tour has experienced guides, and LED lighting that keeps the group visible and safe. The water is calm, shallow, and perfect for beginners.

How safe is the experience?

Extremely safe. Our guides are certified and trained in wildlife etiquette and water safety. We provide life vests for all guests and maintain small group sizes for personal attention.
